I planned, designed, and built this beautiful and simple mockup tool that uses your style guide as it's mockup elements. I built it using HTML, CSS, jQuery, PHP, MySQL. I am getting close to launching this for the general public. It is still in the prototype phase but works as a fully functioning application for my team at work. If I see a problem, I solve a problem. This has shaved at least 10 hours off of my work teams load every week.
